41-year-old Italian nurse Daniela Poggiali, took photos of herself alongside dead patients she had murdered for 'pleasure'.

According to her, she took it as a challenge upon herself to murder patients whose relatives she thought were 'pushy relatives' including patients she found annoying.

Poggiali was arrested after the unexpected death of one 78-year-old patient Rosa Calderoni, who was admitted with a routine illness and was beginning to recover.

As the police widened their investigation, they discovered 38 deaths of which 10 were described as 'very suspicious.'

The investigation had it that Mrs Calderoni died the same morning Ms Poggiali resumed her day shift after she was switched from night by doctors who became worried due to the alarming rates of sudden deaths on her watch.

The magistrate who headed the inquiry, Alessandro Mancini, told The Times:

"I believe she saw this change in shifts as a challenge and wanted to show she could kill by day as well," said Mr Mancini. 

"She put pressure on one nurse to take photos of her standing over a patient who had just died. She appears euphoric in the photo, next to someone she may have just killed,' he added.

Posting the photo online, Poggiali captioned it: "Mm... Life and Death."

Mr Mancini continued..

"We believe she is sound of mind, but simply took satisfaction, and real pleasure in killing."

"The photos reveal an unbearable cruelty that I have not seen in 30 years on the job."

As the immortal assassin of the Aye fraternity, also known as the black movement of Africa, 33-year-old Alawunmi Oluwafemi has murdered over 60 people in cold blood.

To the police of Ogun state, Oluwafemi was one of the most wanted criminals who kept them on high alert on how they would capture him because of his notorious exploits in the state.

After a long hunt, he was finally captured last week in Ijebu Ode by operatives of the Special Anti Robbery Squad, Ogun State police command after severe a gun battle.

Now in the police nest, the serial killer narrated his killing exploits to The Sun. He told the story of his life, especially, the powers he wielded as an axe man in the underworld and how he has hacked down more than 60 victims.

The hunt

Saturday Sun gathered that the inability to arrest the suspect led to the transfer of several police area commanders out of Ijebu Ode.

Disturbed by his exploits, the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Ikemefuna Okoye directed the SARS team to relocate to Ijebu-Ode and fish Oluwafemi out at all costs. As a result, the team led by SP Mohammed Tijiani eventually succeeded in tracking down ‘the big fish’ on October 6 during the Ojude Oba festival.

According to CP Ikemefuna, members of Oluwafemi’s gang put up a resistance and a gun battle ensued. Eventually, he was arrested after he was shot in the leg.

“He is not only a cultist but also a serial killer. He has confessed that he had led his gang to kill not less than 60 people”, Ikemefuna stated.

The police boss, who described the arrest of Oluwafemi as a major breakthrough for the command, accused him of mas­terminding the spate of cult related killings in Ijebu Igbo and Ijebu Ode axis in the last three months. Subdued, the suspect argued that the police were able to arrest him because his charms, which were always in his pocket, were left at home on the fateful day.

“I never knew that anyone will be looking for me on a day like this”, he said.

Faulty background

Just like most criminals, Oluwafemi is from a broken home. The little he could remember of his family was that of chaos which led to the exit of his mother when he was eight years old.

“When my mother left, I stayed back with my father and assisted him in the shrine. It was there that I knew how to make potent charms. After his death in the 90s, I moved over to stay with my mother who also died years later. I had no choice but to move over and live with my maternal grandmother who is based in Ondo. She also died few years after I moved in to stay with her. My only alternative was my paternal grandmother who is based in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. It was in her house that I stayed and learnt how to cut wood and was able to secure a job in one of the sawmills.

“It was when she died that I knew that I had to survive by all possible means. I was able to get married but when my wife discovered that my lifestyle was not good, she left and followed another man. From that day till sometime in 2009, I have been in and out of different odd jobs just to make ends meet.”

His initiation

In his so-called attempt to survive, Oluwafemi joined bad gangs.

“I needed to survive, so I did everything possible. Sometime in 2009, a friend of mine, Ahmed invited me over for a birthday party at Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. At about 8pm, he asked me to escort him to see a friend who was also cel­ebrating his birthday. I was surprised when he started entering a bush close to Olabisi Onabanjo University. I was about to ask him what his friend would be doing there, when some young men emerged from the bush and started beating me up.

“They overpowered me and threatened to shoot if I dare to run away. It was then that Ahmed told me that I was actu­ally on my way to participate in the Aye initiation ceremony. There were so many of us who were beaten. They blindfolded us and marched us further into the bush. It was when we final­ly stopped that I saw the crowd of young men who came for the initiation, most of them were students. They kept beating us and forced us to lie on the floor, while they marched on our bodies.

“Later, they brought kolanut and pierced our hands with razor blade. We were forced to eat the kolanut mixed with our blood as a sign of oath-taking. We were given new names and mine was Aye Skyppo. At about 4am, we were handed over to those who brought us to the ini­tiation camp”, he narrated.

Orientation

After initiation, Oluwafemi said he was taken away by his friend who took him to a house where he took his bath and changed his dress. He was then taught some of the things he needed to know as a member of the Aye fraternity cult.

“It is known as orientation, where the person who introduced you will tell you the rules and regulations. The first and most important is that if you reveal their secret, you will die. The mem­bers of the cult will hunt you down and kill you. I was also taught some of the nicknames used among cult members. For instance, to shoot means to light someone up. If you hear a sen­tence like, Femi light him up, it means that you should shoot. Gun is known as four, fire as er­ayo, matchet as meche, freedom as axe, stab as enter, cartridge as red nut.”

Beginning of bloodbath
He claimed that he was advised to secure a gun for his personal safety.

“Sometime in 2010, there was a clash between Aye and another cult group known as Eiye. One of our members who was a student was killed, and there was a man­date to hack down anyone who is from Eiye. 

“I was always going around with a gun, anytime there is crisis. I bought it at a price of N12,500 from Ondo State. This was necessary in case there was any attack. In 2010 during Olabisi Onabanjo University matriculation ceremony, we were assigned to retaliate. As soon as we spotted one Eiye member who was vulnerable, we attacked and stabbed him till the police res­cued him. He later died on the way while most of us were arrested and remanded in prison. I was in prison for a year and some months before I was granted bail. The case was later struck out because it was a cultism case and since I had spent sometime in the prison, I was free to go.”

Back home, Oluwafemi claimed that he wanted to stay completely away from the group but when Ahmed learnt that he was free, he tracked him down.

“Ahmed told me that if I stay away from them, I would be endangering my life as the other cult group might come after me since I had already stained my hands with their blood. I had no choice but to go back but I decided to fortify myself. My late father was a native doctor and I have seen him prepare charms for people. All I did was to get the eyelid of a cat, cotton, black and white thread and mixed it with my urine before I dried it up. It was the reason till date, they have not been able to arrest me or kill me. I was arrested this time because I did not come out with the charm, since there was peace among the various cult groups in the area.”

According to him, he rose in ranks and was named Femi Kuti since all attempts to kill him failed.

“I am not making mouth or celebrating my success, you can ask questions. I have been shot at close range severally and stabbed without any injury. This was why they named me Femi Kuti, meaning ‘he that cannot be killed’. 

"I impressed them so much that I was later called Badoo. Nor­mally the overall leader of the group must be a student. We that are not undergraduates are still under them but do the main hits. If there is any clash, it is people like us that are contacted to go and kill because we cannot be easily traced. The students, if caught, will be expelled and that is not good because most of them are our spon­sors. They are the ones whose duty it is to sponsor the cult, that is why the leader must be a student.”

Throwing more light on how they managed to initiate stu­dents, Oluwafemi said that their targets are nor­mally boys from very rich homes.

“They love life and can be found wherever there is a party. You promise them power and security and they will gladly follow you anywhere. Just as I told you, I was lured into the bush because I thought that there was a bigger party there. We do the dirty jobs while they fund the fraternity. Most of them are the ones that are killed because they do not have the experience to protect themselves”

Serial killings

He admitted that he cannot remember all, but all those that were killed were young men who were members of another cult.

“Once there is a clash, they will declare war which means that that I am free to kill. They depended on me so much to deliver whenever there is a clash which is normally paid for with human blood. In 2014, I led the team that killed someone at 911 club at Ijebu-Ode, I gunned down another at Ibadan garage, I also killed one Seun along Benin ex­pressway. I do not know where to start but to ask God to forgive me and give me another chance to live a better life. I know that I have killed more than 60 people but all of them are cultists or unclean people who must have soiled their hands one way or the other. All I want now is for God to forgive me and wash my hands clean of their blood”

On how he was arrested, Oluwafemi said he never knew that the person who was calling him on the phone was a policeman.

“They tracked me down and lured me out to the open. We were there for the Ojude Oba festival which is sup­posed to be peaceful. Although my boys tried their best to protect me, they were overpowered by the police who later handcuffed me. The truth is that I did not come out with my charm and besides, if there was any problem among cult members, I will not come out in the open.”

On how he has survived till now, he said since his parents and grandparents were deceased, he has chosen the path of crime because he cannot be engaged in anything meaningful.

“I started selling hard drugs especially the one known as Skunk which is stronger than cocaine. Among us, it is known as bible because of the shape. I normally buy one at the cost of N15,000, I will grind and wrap it in a paper at N100 per wrap. At the end of the day, I will make about N20,000 gain from each N15,000 bible. I was also sus­tained by the cult because they knew the impor­tance of having me around them.”

Tragedy! Nurse Sexually Assaults A Brain Dead Patient, Gets Jailed For 15 Years [PHOTOS]

A nursing assistant in Englewood, Colorado, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexually assaulting a patient.

The parent of a brain dead patient, Julie Henson, had set up a video camera to monitor their daughter's progress at the hospital but only for it to capture 34-year-old Paul Bugarcic sexually abusing the unconscious patient.

Bugaric is a certified nursing assistant at Cherry Hills Health Care Center in Englewood, Colorado, while the victim who is brain dead has been unable to speak or walk since 2011 after a co-worker out of a simple prank pulled a chair out from underneath her and she hit her head.

Julie's father told CBS 4 Denver that:

She couldn’t even fight back, she couldn’t say anything. And if we didn't have that camera in there to catch it, he would've kept on doing it.

The pathetic part of the story is that Julie's family trusted Bugarcic because they knew him too well.

According to Julie's mother, Debbie Henson, she couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the video which exposed what Bugarcic did.

I watched it and I went, "No," she said.

Still hopeful: Julie's parents still believe that their daughter (above) will return to her old self eventually

Her family also said Julie had been making progress in terms of recovering which was why they decided to set up the hidden camera to monitor her status until she suffered the assault at the hands of Bugarcic.

According to USA Today, 62-year-old James Guy Bull pleaded guilty to two counts of felony cruelty to animals, misdemeanor animal cruelty charges and misdemeanor sexual activities involving animals, prosecutors said. He was to face trial on the charges.

After the sentence was handed down on Friday, State Attorney R.J. Larizza said:

The facts of this case are incomprehensible and vile. The defendant's abuse of the helpless dog shocks the collective conscience of the citizens of the Seventh Circuit and beyond.

On March 18, two of Bull's neighbors came forward, claiming they had seen him fondling the dog's private parts on several occasions, despite cries and yelps from the animal named Coco.

One of the prosecutors - Bull's neighbour, stepped forward to say he was once walking near Bull's apartment when he shockingly caught him having sexual intercourse with a dog. When Bull saw him, he pulled up his pants and put the dog down, the prosecutor narrated.

The police reported that when they arrived at Bull's home, they found the small "clearly emaciated" dog chained to a post on the front porch.

"She had about 8 inches of free reign, no water, no shelter and no food for her," an affidavit said. The dog showed signs of physical sexual abuse and was "skittish and obviously afraid."

According to health professionals, Dale's condition is called Persistent Genital Arousal Syndrome. He developed it back in 2012 when he slipped a disk in his back while getting out of a chair.

Dale said,

Imagine being on your knees at your father's funeral beside his casket - saying goodbye to him and then you have nine 0rgasms right there, while your whole family is standing behind you. It makes you never want to have another 0rgasm for as long as you live. There's nothing pleasurable about it because even though it might feel physically good - you're completely disgusted by what's going on.

If you're in public, if you're in front of kids - it's disgusting and it can break you real fast. It happened to me at the grocery store and when it was over there were around 150 people looking straight at me - why would I leave the house when something like this can happen.

Dale lives with his wife , April, and two sons, Christian, 12, and Tayten, 11, in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

Though April does all she can to support her husband, she equally finds it hard to cope with the condition. She said:

We really struggle right now as he is unable to work and supply for his family and I feel like all the strain is on me. It's really upsetting, we don't do things that man and wife should do and we argue over things that should not be affecting us. Because he sometimes has episodes at night we took the decision to sleep in separate beds. That can be very frustrating. You want the comfort from another person, particularly your husband but we don't have that. I really miss the old Dale, we used to have a lot of fun and one day I pray that he will come back to me. Maybe the doctors will find a cure for this - I don't know - I just really hope that they do.
One would easily think Dale's condition would make him have sex regularly with his wife but the reverse is the case.

Occasionally we will but it's very frustrating for both of us as this condition has left me unable to finish. I've tried reading about it, tried going to doctors but nobody can help me - I don't know what I'm going to do. I just want to get my old life back - I just want to get back what this condition has taken from me,” Dale said. 

Many medical professionals have been unable to diagnose the condition but a certain Dr Dena Harris, who is a gynecologist and has mainly worked with women who suffer from PGAS had this to say from her New York office:

It's clear Dale is really suffering and I'm sure there are some people who will say that this is just in his head. But it's not - it's a serious medical condition and I just hope he gets the help he so desperately needs. Being aroused can be a wonderful thing but this is not like arousal, it's not even sexual. It's a horrendous spasm and it can be terribly painful. Dale looks like he is in pain - not just emotionally but physically as well. I've got to be honest, there is help available but if Dale doesn't get help soon then there could be huge risks in the future. Suicide is always a concern when people suffer from this condition - they feel like they have no other way to escape it.

SHOCKING STORY: How Man Slaughtered Neighbour's Children [Photo]

For Oliver Udeh and his family, Wednesday, September 17, 2014, was like any other day.

There was no premonition to suggest that a calamity of immeasurable pro­portion was about to befall the family of eight, made up of husband, wife and six children, consisting of four boys and two girls.

However, in the evening of that day, the unexpected happened. Their co-tenant, a 50-year old man, identified as Mike Okeze from Abia State, reportedly got hold of a machete and descended on Oliver’s children, hacking them down one after the other.

At the end of the attack, two of the children, Favour, three, and Destiny, nine months, both boys, laid dead. Two others, Gift, seven, and Goodness, five, had their nose and wrist, respectively cut off by the rampaging farmer, who later fled into a bush.

Narrating the tragedy that befell him, 30-year-old Oliver Udeh from Nsukka in Enugu State, who farms at Okha II community, along Benin – Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of Edo State, said he was on a journey when a call came through that one man, called Mike Okeze, had killed two of his children and their bodies had been deposited at Stella Obasanjo Hospital, Benin, while the other two, who sustained serious injuries were at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH).

“He wanted to kill my wife but my wife escaped to go and call neigbours. Before they came, Mike had fled into the bush. We are still looking for him,” he said.

“I did not have any quarrel with the man. But I learnt he complained that my children obstructed his way. My wife told me that he then proceeded to push one of them down. I think he didn’t like seeing my children. Because I traveled, he then had the opportunity to attack them and killed two,” Udeh said.

He is, therefore, asking government to give him justice in the matter and to assist him to settle the hospital bills of the other two, both of them girls, who are still receiving medical care in hospital, as he barely survives on subsistence farming.

In an encounter with Daily Sun, his wife, Chinyere, gave a blow by blow account of how account of what transpired on the fateful day.

According to her:

“Three days ago, my children were playing within the compound when our neigbour arrived and began to question why they ran past the front of his room. He then used a wheelbarrow to block the way.”

“I went to beg him to forgive the children but he said my husband and I were sending them to insult him. In a short while, he pounced on me and held me by the neck. Next, he seized a cutlass and pursued me, but I ran for my life.

“When he could not keep pace with me, he returned to a spot in the compound and sat down. Thinking that his anger had simmered down, I went to the kitchen to take care of my cooking but I didn’t know he had locked the doors, with my children inside. A little while later, I heard the children, screaming for help and there was no way I could get in. All my six children were inside at that time. While I was outside, he was busy dealing the children machete blows.

“While that encounter lasted, he killed two while the two grownups escaped though the window. He succeeded in killing my baby of nine months and the other, who was three years old. The dead were both boys,” she said.

She then pleaded that the government should assist her:

“I want government to find the man and kill him just as he killed my children; we are a poor family.”

Giving an insight into what led to the dastard act, she said: “He had a quarrel with my husband three years ago. What caused the quarrel was that he brought a chameleon from the farm and smoked it in my kitchen. My husband warned him about it, saying a chameleon was dangerous. So, my husband had to throw it away. Three days later, my children fell sick. Since then, he has been chasing my children around but we didn’t know he haboured such evil intention.

“When I realised that he was killing the children, I struggled to break into the room. The devilish artwork figure mysteriously appeared overnight Monday, with an erected penis.

However, the city crews had to remove the statue the following morning because it was not officially commissioned by the city.

The statue was about nine-foot-tall, anatomically-faithful figure of a red-skinned Satan, complete with horns and a visibly prominent representation of a phallus.

A man who called himself the ‘Dark Lord’ has been arrested by the Arizona police for allegedly burning and urinating in the Holy Bible.

22-year-old Eric ‘Dark Lord’ Minerault was arrested for burning and urinating on the Holy Bible

The man reportedly did the shameful act on Thursday night in a Christian homeless shelter in Prescott, Arizona, USA. People quickly called in the police when they noticed he was burning something on the front steps.

When the cops arrived, they met the 22-year-old Eric Minerault standing on the steps. He was dressed in black, wearing a long black and red robe and a pentagram necklace according to the police arrest report.

The police walked close to see what he was burning when they discovered it was a Bible, which appeared wet and had series of burns on it.

“He [Minerault] said that he chose the mission because he believed it was a place of Christian worship and he was cursing the Christians.

“The officers asked him why and he said because he is the Dark Lord,” Lieutenant Ken Morley wrote in a statement.

Minerault was then arrested and taken to the Yavapai County Detention Center as he was charged with suspicion of one count of unlawful symbol burning stemming from the incident at the Gospel Rescue Mission.

Mangli Munda is an 18-year-old Indian girl who married a stray dog as part of a tribal ritual designed to cast out an evil spirit.

The wedding, which was hastily put together by village elders, was organized with beliefs that Munda possessed ill-luck and marrying a man would destroy his family and her community.

The stray dog, named Sheru, was obviously baffled when the girl's father kidnapped and brought it to the wedding ceremony dressed like a groom, driven in a car and welcomed by the villagers.

Although the bride admitted to not being happy with the wedding but she said it was necessary to help change her fortunes and that of the community.

"I am marrying a dog because the village elders believe that my evil spell will be passed on to the dog," she said.

"After that is done, the man I will marry will have a long life,'" she added.

Her father, Sri Amnmunda, agreed to the event saying:

"The village elders told us that we should organise the wedding as soon as we can. We had to make sure that the evil spell is destroyed.

"And marrying a dog is the only way to get rid of the bad luck."

Surprisingly, this is not the first time a girl in their community had wedded a dog.

Amnmunda added: 

"Many weddings like this have taken place in our village and also the other neighbouring villages. This is a custom that we thoroughly believe in."

According to the customs of the village, the strange marriage will not affect Mangli's life, instead, she will be free to marry a man without divorcing the dog.

"My villagers say that many girls like me have followed this ritual and they have gotten rid of their evil spells and are living happy lives now,' said Mangli.

"I will also be free to marry a man of my dreams after after the evil spell is over."

Mangli's mother said, though the groom was a dog, they would follow customs and accord it the due respect a normal groom would have earned.

"Apart from the fact that the groom is a dog, we followed all customs. We respect the dog as much as we would respect a normal groom,' Mangli's mother, Seems Devi said.

"We had to spend money on this wedding in the same way as we would in a normal wedding. But that is the only way we can get rid of her bad luck and ensure the benevolence of the village," she added. 

After the wedding, Mangli said:

"I will marry a man one day. It is the dream of every girl to marry a prince charming. So I am also waiting for my prince."

Her name is Duangjay Samaksamam, for over 50 years now, she has been suffering from a rare and painful condition that makes her limbs swell permanently.

A new series by Body Bizarre experts believes that Samaksamam is the only person in the world to suffer the rare condition known as macrodystrophia lipomastosa which develops from shoulders to fingers on both arms.

The 59-year-old has talked about how embarrassed she is by her condition. She never went to school as she spent the first 20 years of her life as a recluse - she was ashamed of herself.

But afterwards, she was forced to come out of hiding and look for a way to earn a living as her parents were getting older.

"My hands are so heavy I can barely lift them to comb or shampoo my hair, it's very difficult. Getting dressed is also very difficult and painful," she said.

"Some doctors said the only solution was to cut off my hands if I wished to walk around freely. But I don't want to do that.'They removed about 700 grams of fat and blood out of my hands but after a month it just grew back," she added.

 Plastic surgeon Dr Eiju Uchinuma said:

"This case is very rare. Both her arms are enlarged. Her arms and hands are enormous so they swell badly but it could be worse.My diagnosis is that she is the first and only person in the world who has Macrodystrophia Lipomatosa from shoulders to her fingers on both arms.

"The cause of the disease is unknown and is therefore incurable"
