Germany Demolish Host Nation Brazil In World Cup Semi's With 7 - 1 Thrashing

Germany beat Brazil in 2014 World Cup semi final

Many people expected the game to be a 50-50 tie but very few would've predicted such an incredible scoreline. Some pundits suggested it would've been a different scoreline if star-boy Neymar had played but I really doubt tha Brazilians would be a match for the Germans as they were ruthless throughout the game.

Germany players celebrate beating Brazil

The German machines started the riot when Thomas Muller opened the goal galore in the 7th minute with a beautiful assist by Toni Kroos. The Germans then went on to score six more goals from Miroslav Klose (1), Toni Kroos (2), Sami Khedira (1) and Andre Shurlle (2).

The night was indeed long for the Brazilian fans who couldn't wait for the final whistle. Oscar scored a 90th minute consolation goal but it was appreciated with a boo by the host crowd.

What a game, what a humiliation!
