Germany are facing crisis as seven of their players are suffering from flu symptoms, ahead of Friday’s crunch World Cup last-4 match against France.
Coach Joachim Low who has refused to name the players said most of them had “throat aches”.
The coach however is yet to announce his starting line-up against ‘Les Bleus’ saying: “It’s two early to make any final decisions.”
Low believes journey across Brazil, and different climate zones for their four matches so far has taken its toll on his players.
He added: “It’s not all that bad at the moment. I don’t want to dramatise it.”
Mat Hummels missed Monday’s second round win over Algeria through illness, while Christoph Kramer had also suffered with illness earlier in the week.
