David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has been nominated by the MTV European Music Awards (EMA), for the Best African Act 2014 Awards.
The award presentation will hold by November and is scheduled to hit up in Glasgow, Scotland.
According to a statement dropped by one of the events' organizers, Mr Bruse Gillmer, Viacom International Media Network (Europe), Davido is the only nominee from Nigeria.
“Other African nominees to battle it out with Davido for supremacy in this hotly contested category include Goldfish (South Africa), Diamond (Tanzania) and Toofan (Togo)’’, it said.
