39-year-old Charles Vacca was teaching the girl how to shoot with the automatic gun when the accident happened in the White Hills, Arizona.
In a captured video footage, the girl successfully fired the 9mm Uzi gun several times in 'single-shots' mode until Vacca put the gun in 'automatic mode.' She took the shots but accidentally, the gun recoiled over her head and shot Vacca in the head.

Parents of the unnamed girl were present while the incident happened and they were the ones who took the images and video.
