The below picture you're seeing is that of Doctor Ameyo Stella Adadevoh, the female doctor who got the Ebola virus from late Patrick Sawyer.

She's a consultant and Endocrinologist at First Consultant Hospital, Lagos, where Sawyer was admitted before he passed away.
Stella also attended to Sawyer and she was the person who contracted the virus from the Liberian.
She's still hopeful for a miracle as internet users are tweeting and sharing her photos to make sure it gets to President Obama of America for a possible help, including others who are quarantined.
