Residents of Gaza now have a much needed 72 hours to return to their shattered homes as negotiators look for a way to resolve the deadly conflict which has claimed thousand lives.

A resident in Gaza told CNN that he was happy about the ceasefire but his problems were just beginning as the home his family invested $100,000 in, now destroyed and no insurance company will give him money to rebuild.

Another 80-year old Gaza citizen said this was the 3rd time he has to rebuild his house following similar conflicts.
