Following the brutal war going on between Israel and Gaza, an Israeli soldier was kidnapped just 2 hours after both nations were ordered by United States and United Nations to ceasefire for 72 hours. Yesterday, Israeli missiles shelled Hamas, leaving at least 50 people dead and over 200 injured.

Meanwhile, UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, has condemned the kidnapping by Hamas and blamed them for violating the 72-hour ceasefire which will trigger another stream of bloodshed.

The humanitarian ceasefire was brokered in an attempt to end the 25-day bloodshed and killings between the two nations but the Hamas violated the ceasefire just 2 hours after it began by kidnapping an Israeli soldier. Ban, has now condemned Hamas for allegedly violating this order which might have 'deadly consequences' for the people of Gaza and Israel.

President Obama of America has ordered Hamas to 'immediately release the kidnapped Israeli soldier.'
